When and where is the Pirate Party 2012 Conference 2012?
The conference is on Sunday the 16th September 2012. The event will open at 10am and finish at around 7pm. The conference is being held at:

How can get tickets?
You can buy tickets online at conference.pirateparty.org.uk. If you have any problems buying a ticket you can contact treasurer@pirateparty.org.uk.
Who can attend conference?
The party conference is open to Party members, their guests, people invited by the party and accredited press/bloggers.
Can I buy a ticket on the day?
If we don't sell out of tickets before the event then you will be able to buy a ticket on the door. Tickets sold at the event will be sold by the Treasury Team and you will be given a receipt.
Are there any other ways of paying for a ticket?
No, the only way of buying a ticket in advance is online via conference.pirateparty.org.uk, if you have any problems using that page then please contact treasurer@pirateparty.org.uk.
Can I get any help with travel or accommodation costs?
The party has and continues to look for cheap accommodation deals in and around central london for the period, however availability is fairly limited so you need to book early.
There is however a thread on the forums where people can ask and offer help with accommodation or travel here. We'd ask for people to help other members if they can, after all, sharing is caring.
Can I see what’s on at conference?
You can, a draft schedule is available on conference.pirateparty.org.uk, that will be firmed up as we head toward conference and a final programme will be available from the 16th of August (although it will still be subject to small changes).
I am speaking/working at the conference, what do I need to know?
If you are speaking or helping at the conference, then you will received detailed instructions on where you need to be when well in advance of the event. If you haven't recieved any information, please contact campaigns@pirateparty.org.uk.
Can I organise a fringe event?
You can. If you want to organise a fringe event on the Saturday or after the conference finishes on Sunday feel free to do so and give us the details. We will add any fringe event details to these pages so that members are aware of them, we will also include them in emails out to the membership.
I want to help, how can I get involved?
If you want to help with the conference then please contact campaigns@pirateparty.org.uk with your availability, all offers of help are appreciated.
I'd like to report on the conference, can I?
If you want to report on the conference, either as a blogger, writer, photographer, journalist or in some other capacity, please contact press@pirateparty.org.uk and we will contact you about what is possible. Due to the limited space we may not be able to accredit everyone who wants to attend in this capacity.
